JAAP.NL and EDMDATA introduce the Real Estate Selection Database

Through the name 'Real Estate Selection Database' all market participants are now able to create specific real estate related data selections and analysis. EDMDATA has access to addresses and telephone numbers of 9 million Dutch consumers. The company also has access to the basic data from 90% of all Dutch residences. This basic data consists of the kind of residence, the year of construction and the fact whether the residence is rented or bought. JAAP.NL is - with a 5 year history and about 300.000 private housings - the most complete online estate agency of the Netherlands.
With the Real Estate Selection Database, support for Direct Marketing campaigns (for instance Direct Mail, Telemarketing and SMS) is now available. Moreover, the Real Estate Selection Database is used for data validation, research and reports for local authorities, and concept and measure instructions. With the database, specific branches such as energy, real estate, construction, do-it-yourself and financials can approach consumers with a more relevant offer.
